The FORTLAGE Collective is a leadership advisory and development consultancy helping organisations move from performative behaviours to measurable performance.

Founded by Cynthia Fortlage, the Collective brings together experienced practitioners who work with organisations through leadership advisory, development programmes, and facilitated conversations that translate leadership intent into behaviour and measurable business outcomes.

The work draws on frameworks developed through Cynthia’s leadership career, including the 4P Leadership Accelerator and the philosophy of Acceptance without Understanding™, which centres dignity, safety, and respect while recognising that agreement is not required for effective leadership.

Within the organisation, the Inclusion Collective brings together specialist practitioners supporting organisations navigating leadership and inclusion challenges.
